If this STILL doesn’t work.

1. Open Notepad
2. Paste the following text:

# BEGIN WordPress

RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ – [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]

# END WordPress

3. Save as .htaccess (All files)
4. Upload to your WordPress root.
